eXp Realty, LLC is the licensed brokerage Arthur operates under. Because certain information (transaction records, compliance files, brokerage email correspondence) passes through eXp Realty's systems as a normal part of doing business as a licensed agent, eXp Realty acts as a joint controller for that limited purpose. Everything else on these sites — the forms, the newsletter, the market data, the written memos — is operated independently by Arthur Radtke.
What you give us directly, through a form, an email, a phone call, or a scheduling link: name, email, phone number, property address or search area, property details, anything you write in a free-text field, and scheduling information when you book a call (handled by Calendly).
What we collect automatically: basic analytics (pages viewed, general region, device/browser type, referring site) and first-party cookies used to remember site preferences and measure usage. These sites do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we don't build advertising profiles on visitors.
We do not use your information to build a profile for advertising, and we do not sell it.
If you provide a phone number on one of our forms, you're agreeing to receive calls and text messages from Arthur Radtke about your specific request — not a marketing list, not a shared list, and not automated blasts. Message and data rates may apply.
Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link in every issue. One-off replies from Arthur about a specific inquiry aren't newsletter marketing and don't come with a bulk unsubscribe link — just reply and say you'd rather not hear more.
We don't sell your information. It's shared only where needed to provide the service you asked for:

Comparable sales and market statistics referenced in a written memo come from the Cape Cod & Islands MLS (CCIMLS), a service of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®. This information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and the compiled MLS data remains the property of CCIMLS — provided for your personal reference, not for republication.
A written memo is a market analysis prepared for discussion by a licensed real estate agent. It is not an appraisal.
Inquiry information is kept for as long as it's useful to you, plus a reasonable follow-up period. Transaction-related records are retained per Massachusetts real estate licensing law and eXp Realty's recordkeeping policy. You can ask for non-transactional inquiry information to be deleted at any time.
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with the providers listed above. We don't store credit card or bank information anywhere on these sites — nothing here processes payments. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't collect more than we need and don't keep it longer than we need to.
